Couch to 5K
This is week two
designed to continue your easy progression from couch
potato to runner, getting you running three miles (or
5K) on a regular basis in just two months. The
program is designed to be run three times a week with
a resting day between each run. My program is to run
on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
You'll have a Brisk five-minute warmup walk. You will then have 6 intervals alternating 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of about 20 minutes. We'll finish up with a 5 minute cool down.
