Podcasts for Running

I have now completed the move to the new server. Not an easy venture at all as I tried to maintain all the hooks and feeds with iTunes. However, I think everything finally worked out. I know a few listeners are also podcasters so I'll be writing how I transfered the account and stayed connected with iTunes in case anyone else needs to.
