Podcasts continue to grow

As I have written many times, I am continually amazed
at the popularity of my podcasts. Today closes the
month on server downloads and 29,000 downloads of my
episodes where made Aug 21- Sept 21. WOW! What is
even greater is that that means a similar number of
people are running the coucjh to 5K program with me
and that is truly empowering. Thanks again everyone!
