Why a New Site?

So, why have I set up a new website? Good question.
The reason though is simple yet I think quite
extraordinary. The "Couch to 5K" Podcasts are so
successful that I ran out of Bandwidth on my previous
site. This has been marvelous, but the down side is,
if I did not move quickly, my original site would
have shut down and no one would be able to download
the podcasts.
So, A quick change was required.
